The
workshop focuses on enhancing leadership skills through the development of
emotional intelligence. Participants will explore the importance of
self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social skills in educational
leadership roles. Through interactive sessions, attendees will learn how to
leverage emotional intelligence to create a positive and empowering school
environment, build strong relationships with staff and students, and
effectively navigate challenging situations.
By the end of the workshop participants will be able to
