This training explores how schools can strengthen parent - teacher partnerships in early years settings by moving beyond reactive communication toward clear, consistent, and collaborative practices. Participants will examine the underlying causes of common conflicts with parents, including academic pressure, unclear expectations, and limited understanding of early childhood development. The session will introduce practical frameworks for communication, strategies for managing sensitive conversations, and school-level approaches that help create trust, alignment, and shared responsibility for the child's growth.
