Course Overview

This interactive session introduces participants to the concept of andragogy, providing a brief history and highlighting its differences from pedagogy. Through engaging discussions and group activities, participants will explore Malcolm Knowles six principles of adult learning and assess their application in real-world learning environments.

They will analyze and also create a learning environment using these principles, evaluate a training module, and recommend improvements to enhance adult learning experiences. By the end of the session, participants will gain practical strategies to design and facilitate an effective, learner-centered environment for a meaningful experience for adults.
